"Great seaside resort. Spacious room, good view of the ocean. The private baths were simply divine, perfect way to relax and unwind. Complimentary beer/water/snacks in the room, ice cream after your private bath. The staff were great even with the language barrier they made sure you understood where your room was and where things are on a map. There is parking in front of the hotel but we arrived via taxi, approximately a 5000 yen fare from the Coaska Bayside Stores depending on time of day."

Great place to stay

"understated luxury, the superior room had more than enough space to accommodate 2 guests, perhaps too much for one person but it was a great experience. The room was cleaned everyday to original state when we first entered the room on the first day. The lobby staff was very helpful and over all we had a great time in Kamakura thanks to all the hotel staff."

" The staff were simply amazing. You could not pay more to get better then what we experienced down to every single employee of that hotel. The rooms were so clean, and artfully decorated that even my kids tried not to make a mess. I hope this level is maintained for a long time because we want to come back again. "Everyone was very nice at this property. It is also attached to a mall, which was convenient. Down side was there was no where for the taxi to drop us off for a handicapped person and the dryers took forever to dry. Please allow yourself extra time when you are doing laundry. Otherwise we loved everything else about this property."
