「The owners were immediately accommodating when I requested an early check-in, AND when I put the wrong check-in date at the time of booking!! This property is a hidden gem. There are 11 rentals, each visually different but VERY thoughtfully designed and decorated to allow for optimal personal space in a small setting. They are beautifully updated and extremely clean. 「The Velvet Crab was just as pictured. What a haven. We wanted to do some different exploring on the Cape, since it's been a few years, but it was really hard to leave this sanctuary. We'd go out for a few hours and then couldn't wait to come back and just hang out. Loved the kayak, being on the pond, just everything. We'd love to come back. Tara and her people were very responsive, and we appreciated them letting us check in a few hours early. 」

Comfy beach chairs. I simply loved it. Pleasantly euro and spotlessly clean. Another little blanket for sitting on the couch would be nice. Plenty of Capey things to do plus food stores nearly. This is a jewel.」

「Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year!」
