"This is a hard review to write. The “inn” is a renovated motel; ok room but no closet ( just a rod), small bathroom, well tended grounds, lovely pool. Quiet. Breakfast was good, but there was no coffee the first morning, due to a “delivery” issue. Seemed we were the only guests too. We never met a staff person - no need to check in, the room doors was left open and the keys on the table. No housekeeping unless you texted and specifically asked for it. "The house is new, so it's not surprising that it's not well-appointed yet in the kitchen- utensils, etc. (however the dishes are quite nice.) Some rooms have huge closets, others have none, some have dressers others do not. No rugs anywhere in the house. We had to use our personal accounts for all TV including Direct TV for basic shows, seems like that should be included given the price.
