"Lovely spacious room unfortunately shower was very poor .Breakfast was amazing great selection. Downside you have to pay £13 parking per day !!we have always had free parking in hotels as a guest ."

"Lovely few days here while visiting for a conference, bar had loads of choice, tapas meal was lovely and breakfast was great. Room and bed was comfortable. Highlight was the staff... From beginning to end they couldn't do enough and were excellent hosts. We'll be back! "

"Sadly the pool was out of action during our stay although arrangements were made to use another hotel a 5 minute drive away. We were disappointed with in room facilities - the fridge had been removed and toiletries were very basic, shampoo no condition, shower gel no body lotion, no shower cap - definitely felt like costs were being cut!"

Amazing food in the restaurant and breakfast was also good The staff are really helpful and friendly Lovely garden outside The coffee Lodge is a nice cosy spot The room we stayed at was 217 and it was better than expected, the bathroom was spotless and the bed was comfy, the interior was so stunning. "Very disappointed on first view as it didn't match up to the picture on the website. We were surprised to see major outside work which began at six am each morning.Our bedrooms were in a separate building adjacent to the hotel. The facilities in the bedroom were adequate for two people but there was insufficient tea/milk also only one hand towel and water glass. One positive was we were very near to the theatre which was our main reason for visiting Stratford upon Avon. Otherwise our stay at the hotel was disappointing. We will be returning to the Pen and Parchment."
