Pickleball fun

We were there for a junior golf tournament at cateechee golf course. It was convenient to the course and restaurants and fun to be able to play pickleball in the evenings. House was nice with a comfortable couch and fully equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable.

Great place!

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks and it was very accommodating, quiet, cozy, and relaxing. The WiFi is very suitable for working, if needed. The place was just as pictured. Downtown Hartwell is about a 16 minute drive. We would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area!

Very nicely appointed kitchen and living area with large TV. Beds were comfortable. Small bathrooms but excellent shower. Each room has separate temperature control. Nice deck and outdoor seating areas. Driveway is a bit rough and it was impossible to go from car to house without getting shoes dirty.

Peaceful plus Pickleball

Each year my husband and I travel with our labrador retriever to the Hartwell area to escape Pennsylvania winters for a few weeks. This year we found the Tiny Pickleball Mansion which turned out to be a PERFECT match for us! It is remote yet less than 15 minutes to town, there is a large yard for our dog to play, it is less than 5 minutes away from Paynes Creek Campground that has a 7 mile loop trail to hike or bike, and a boat ramp where our dog can swim. It is also on a road that has very light vehicle traffic, so walking our dog locally was also a pleasure. Walking into the house, there is a large open area where you find a HUGE television, sectional sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances, and an equally huge bar that easily seats 6-8 people! There are bedrooms at each end with very comfortable beds, each bedroom has a nice bathroom and walk in shower, and one bedroom also has two overhead sleeping areas for the kids (although adults would also fit, lol). There is a very nice deck around the front and side, partially covered with especially nice patio furniture, and there is a gas grill. The pickleball court is spectacular!! Someone who loves the sport had to have built it, because it was done professionally. AND it is lighted for night playing!! Fortunately we had some friends visit who loved to play, so we got to enjoy that as well! We loved it there and will DEFINITELY make this our first choice next time we visit!

We had the best time at the Tiny Pickleball Mansion! It was the perfect size for a weekend getaway with the family. We had fun on the amazing pickleball court, our pup loved the large yard, my son enjoyed fishing at the lake from the dock, and it was very close to the Wildlife Safari.

Great stay, pickle ball court was a big draw, and we made good use of it. I would only say that the check in would have been much better if at noon or 1pm and check out noon. Checking in at 4 pm and out at 10 makes you have to scramble with not much time to relax and enjoy the property. Otherwise, it was perfect! Clean, new, excellent lay out with modern appliances and large screen TV.

We had an incredible stay. The house was impeccable with beautiful workmanship and details that made the place magical. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry area were well stocked with all the essentials needed including spices, coffee filters, cleaning supplies and toiletries. We enjoyed watching the sunset and deer graze along the treeline from the porch and had a pickleball showdown each evening under the lights. The place was about 15 minutes from downtown Hartwell which was equally as pleasant to stroll around visiting local shops and restaurants.

Beautiful home in the country

We loved our stay at the tiny mansion, and would absolutely stay there again (and we hope to)! It is in the country on a beautiful property. The home is small, but there was sufficient space for our family of 5. Property manager is fantastic to work with. There was a mix up when we checked in, but they made everything right and were very responsive. Thank you for such a fantastic stay!

We have been using VRBO units for the last 15 years all over the southeast and this was hands down the coolest rental home we ever booked. Its squeaky clean and brand new in outstanding conditionThis custom home sits on 16 private acres, reached by quiet empty two lane country scenic roads.but still just a quick 10 min drive to downtown Hartwell shops and restaurants. The interior had a luxurious designer touch with everything in the kitchen and baths fully stocked , including extra toiletries. We slept comfortably all week long in the King-sized master bedroom, while the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed plus two custom built overhead twin bunks for the kiddies. High ceilings and walls of windows to view sunrise or sunsets over the pasture.Plus the exterior decks with gas grill and plush outdoor seating is just great for entertainment outdoors on the property and of course the custom lighted Pickle Ball court for hours of family fun, I highly recommend this incredible property for a unique getaway experience
