"Pool was closed. Gym was a closet. Rooms were not cleaned properly. There was pubic hair all on shower walls. Ottoman had spilled drink on it and one of the beds had a dirty fitted sheet with new stains and not worn in stains. Breakfast was really lacking options coffee was watery. Gave motel vibes.need higher standards for cleaning. I was extremely tired from the road and just chucked it up. It sucks because hotel has a lot of potential but cleanliness is not something to slack especially with bed and bath."

"the room itself was not bad, but the floor was very dirty. there was and over amount of foot traffic all through the night. It was impossible to get any sleep. the next day when we returned to the room at 5:30 in the evening, the room had not been attended to, no trash emptying, no bed made, no fresh towels. We got our things and left, we could not spend another night in this place."
