「Place was beautiful and well laid out. The host Kendra was very responsive with any questions. Hot tub was great and they even supplied firewood for an outdoor fire, (we ended up not using) Nice sitting areas on both front and back porches. Beds were comfortable and the place was super, super clean. Not many neighbors. If you like a quiet pretty place in the woods, this fits the bill!」

「This is our 5th stay here and it gets better every time. Came to visit our senior jmu daughter with friends and family to have a chill wkend before grad. Wes is a great host and really pays attn to the details. Each time we come he’s added something to make our stay even better. Walkable to so many things (highly recommend greenberry coffee) and such a cute house. It’s our jmu home away from home. You won’t be disappointed if you book here!!」

「Host provides a comfortable, clean space with thoughtful touches throughout. In the country with the city close by and easily accessible. Once you navigate the natural stone walkway and take one step up to the porch, it’s wheelchair friendly with Master suite on main floor and large rooms. We totally enjoyed this beautiful home where deer can be seen in the field out back.」

「This was a perfect property to stay and visit our JMU daughter. The house is so clean and had all the kitchen items to be able to make her some home cooked meals. We enjoyed watching final four games on the huge tv. We loved this property and will absolutely be back!」

「Looking at past reviews we kinda agree with the ones a couple years ago. We couldn't give it a one star but a four star couldn't give that either. The bathroom trash still has trash in it, the coffee maker didn't work and the neighborhood was very noisy. We had to plug in the lights and the TV needed an extension cord which was found in kitchen cupboard. On the us side it very easy to get to and the bed was comfortable.」

「We were visiting our son at EMU for Senior Baseball day. We had a lovely weekend stay at this home. It was very clean, beds are comfortable, towels are good quality and kitchen had everything we needed. We were so happy we could bring our two small dogs with us. There were nice areas to walk them and even through the frisbee. The neighborhood is quiet. We hope to stay here again next year.」
