The receptionist was very friendly. The hotel was clean along with the rooms. Would recommend staying here and will be back next year when we go to Redneck Rumble

The 1st room had a brown recluse spider in the sink . The bathtub was dirty and the sheets were dirty. The lady at the front desk gave me a different room across the hall. It was better, but the security latch was missing. It looked like it had been torn off the door. The coffe pot was unuseable. It had a piece missing.

They need to clean the rooms and fix the vending machines and order some food for the so-called complimentary breakfast… In a nutshell, they need a lot of help,, we changed rooms 3 times,, we would have left but for the storms and tornadoes….

Uncomfortable bed. No rest

We needed a place to sleep to continue our long drive home. It was clean but the mattress was not older, dipped for the use, and very uncomfortable since it is on top of a wood platform.

Great Option

Front desk staff Linette is on point! She's very well trained, so friendly, helpful and patient. The rooms are very large. Very nicely maintained, clean, comfortable beds. Weirdly the book lights on the outsides of the beds dont work so sorry, I guess its Audible for those on the outsides. Overall a very good stay. Looking forward to breakfast in the morning!

Problem with checkin as they only had one room reserved for us and I had reserved two. Their breakfast might be called a morning snack but not a breakfast! We liked our room.

When we first got there, our room had not been cleaned, we went to front desk and the lady there got us a room that was ready and went and checked the other room.

Staff was great they did the best they could with what they have. However owner of this property really should make some changes as far as updates not even upgrades but fixing it to standards. Bathroom door wouldn’t close you could feel the moisture in the air in the room. Breakfast is muffins and cereal.
