Absolutely horrific experience — do not stay here. This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed, and calling it “luxurious” is a complete lie. The apartment was filthy upon arrival: debris on the floors, sticky kitchen surfaces, dirty cookware, food smeared on the fridge, pink scum in the tub, a moldy shower curtain, and what appeared to be a dried fecal or bloody handprint on the wall. There were no basic necessities: no forks, dish soap, hand soap, or clean linens. The three towels provided were stained and covered in hair and the A/C barely worked. Blinds were broken, and the overall condition was unacceptable.Management admitted the unit hadn’t been cleaned and told me to stay in a hotel for the first night while they resolved it — but when I returned, nothing had changed. I had to buy my own towels and sheets just to make the space livable. Their customer service was unprofessional and dismissive, even admitting to receiving “quite a few” bad reviews. I requested a refund to just go stay in a hotel, however they refused. Avoid this listing at all costs — it’s unsafe, unclean, and a complete scam.
