"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!"

"This was a very clean and comfortable holiday home. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The home was full of things for the children to do and there was plenty of space for us all (10 in total, 2 families - 4 adults and 6 children/young adults from 8 to 17). "Great apartment, high ceilings and plenty of windows and light. Only spent a night but really pleased with everything. Kitchen well stocked but the sink tap was quite stiff and hard to open. The bedroom is nice but in a triangle space so not much space on one end. Overall it’s definitely recommended. "

"In Bezug auf den Preis der Ferienwohnung, sind die 3 Sterne sehr wohlwollend vergeben. Der erste Eindruck der Immobilie wenn man anreist ist übel, überfüllte Mülltonnen vor der Tür und von der Fassade fällt großflächig der Putz ab! Dann gab es kein Toilettenpapier und im Anschein auch keine Toilettenbürste (was aber vom Vermieter nach schriftl.Hinweis am nächsten Tag erledigt wurde). Den Kühlschrank haben wir ausgewaschen und die Ausstattung der Küche ist mehr als einfach/dürftig. Zum Glück...

"Top Lage, kurze Distanz zu Nahverkehr, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Bei Ankunft sehr sauber vorgefunden. Küche zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Eine feuerfeste Form für den Ofen, ein (Nudel-)Sieb und eine Salatschleuder hätten wir vermisst, wenn wir abends nicht auswärts gegessen hätten. Des weiteren lässt sich eines der beiden Schlafzimmer nicht und das Zweite nur wenig verdunkeln. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten, es finden sich immer irgendwo in der Umgebung eine Lücke. "Clean room with comfortable beds. Lovely area with good restaurants. Very helpfull staff. We paid for two nights of parking. The second night we arrived late and the parking lot was full and there was no place to park. The staff helped us find parking in the area and the next day we got the parkings fee back."
