"Property was everything we needed and more.Lovely welcome pack waiting for us in Cottage.Superbly decorated with feature wallpaper in most rooms. The brand new log burner was an added bonus. Very Comfy bed.Local facilities are plentiful , We can highly recommend the “Green Dragon Pub” in Hardraw and “The White Hart” a 2min walk from Cottage."

"Good instructions for check-in, and easy to access the property. Great location, everything in Hawes right on your doorstep. Two dedicated parking places. Clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, pretty much everything you'd need available and working. Strong WiFi. Plenty of storage space. Effective heating and hot water. Decorated Xmas tree was a nice touch for the season. Plenty of space for 2 of us, might have been a bit of a squeeze for 4 adults."

"Room was spotless, loved the William Morris accessories. Good location. The pub was nice, decent selection of drinks. Sunday lunch and breakfast excellent. Would definitely stay again "

"The property is in the heart of Hawes, it does have a quirkiness to it, 2 nice bedrooms with comfy beds. Lovely sized bathroom. The kitchen is long and has everything you need for a homely stay. The only down side of the kitchen is cupboard space for storing food. The cottage sleeps 4 but there is enough crockery for a dozen or more taking up to much cupboard space. The cottage is just minutes from pubs which also sell food and welcome dogs, nice shops from outdoor to crafts. There are some lovely walks from the doorstep. Annette the host is lovely, she responds very quickly to all messages. I would recommend the cottage and would definitely come back again "

"Spotlessly clean room, staff very friendly and willing to help - recognised I need to use 2 sticks & immediately helped me with luggage. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast next door at Cocketts. Good banter at bar with landlord first evening. Slight downsides - old furniture, poorly fitting drawers, no wardrobe (though I didn't need one)"

"Wonderful break away in the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage was well equipped with everything you could need; information on the cottage and the surrounding area, we found information on the red squirrels and a driving tour of the Dales that we hadn’t previously thought about. The cottage itself was warm and cozy, easy to find and plenty of parking space"
