"Property was everything we needed and more.Lovely welcome pack waiting for us in Cottage.Superbly decorated with feature wallpaper in most rooms. The brand new log burner was an added bonus. Very Comfy bed.Local facilities are plentiful , We can highly recommend the “Green Dragon Pub” in Hardraw and “The White Hart” a 2min walk from Cottage."

"Great location in the centre of Hawes. Lovely little cottage, comfortable rooms not huge but it is a quirky cottage. Be sure you can handle stairs! Everything you needed for a great stay. Chippie across the road, Cafe's & pubs 5 minute walk. Bus stops outside to train station at Garsdale and Leyburn for onward Bus to Blacksheep brewery. Dog friendly walks all around. Just a great place we had a lovely time."

"It was perfect, clean, comfortable, location. We are in our eighties now and still managed the lesser walks around the area , Crockets the butchers perfect rolls for our picnics. The White Heart perfect for a special meal. And the restaurant upstairs in town excellent value for money and very popular. Needless to say bought Nick Nacks from the creamery. The view at breakfast time is wonderful especially if sheep are in the field.The accommodation has its challenges, eg the stairs, the light switches, we have been several times before and would go again."

"Our welcome when we arrived was excellent. Liz was very helpful telling us sbout breakfast etc. Our room no 5 was quite spacious and had a nice view of the hillside of the dale. Breakfast was well cooked and tasty. Glenn was very efficient and knowledgeable about the area and made you feel relaxed with his banter. The en suite was a tad small but we managed ok. Will return and stay with them again at some point if we are visiting the area."
