「Easy check in and the owners were responsive to every question. Clean rooms, well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Very convenient to downtown. Would stay here again, without question.」

「The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in (except my own). The property is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are spacious, especially the bathrooms. They recommended a wonderful restaurant just steps from the back door. There are elevators which were not mentioned in the expedia description. 「I checked into my room when I got there. Walked into it, and there was mold in my first room on the wall. So they moved me to a different room. The second room had red stains all over the bed. So I ended up just leaving not even staying the night. Do not stay here.」

「The check in staff seemed angry that I booked on Expedia and used every AND I MEAN EVERY SINGLE OPPORTUNITY to insult me and deny me any concessions. They told me that I could not get credit for my stay on the honors program and I know thats not true, they told me I could not hold my room (until i insisted on speaking to a manager) and they told me that I could not have the honors perks like the goodie bag even though he looked my membership up!
