It is close enough to jump on bikes and hit the Little Traverse Wheelway (a bike path from Harbor Springs through Petoskey to Charlevoix) yet a comfortable place to land after a long day of sightseeing.

Take your first step inside the front door to an open-concept living area and kitchen with plenty of daylight and a gas fireplace, a great space for gathering. Grab your morning coffee at the coffee bar just off the kitchen and step outside onto one of the multiple deck and patio areas. The main level consists of three tastefully decorated bedrooms, with the primary suite overlooking the wooded backyard and offering access to the back deck. The finished lower level offers a second living area, great for kids to congregate and the fourth bedroom with two queen beds and a TV.

Enjoy the lush year-round plantings and plenty of yard while you enjoy your meals alfresco and take in the sunlight or fall into the hammocks with a good book in the shade.
