「To whom it concerns I had contacted the host like five to six times before we arrived and did not receive any contact until she sent info to get in the house which gave a code for the box and didn’t state that you had to go in the garage and that’s where the box was once my sister and I figured out we went thru garage to get in there was no heat I tried calling her no answer so then I texted and then she replied back and sent some one my sister and I went to Walmart to buy electric blankets and...
