「We were in the area to visit family and stumbled upon this absolutely charming property. The house is aesthetically appealing, comfortable, clean, and easy to find. Wendie was forthcoming with her communication and prompt in her replies to our questions. Our only problem was that we couldn’t stay longer and were already making plans to return. Thanks for a wonderful stay!」

「Beautiful house with all amenities needed! Well stocked kitchen for preparing meals. Bring a couple of baggies/Saran Wrap, if you’d like. So much space, ping pong table and the fire pit for s’mores were a hit! We had spotty WiFi for a bit, but the owners helped remedy the situation. Very comfortable bedding, too. Thanks for a great stay! 」

「Nice home inside. However, the outside needs some TLC. Lots of geese poop, deck needs cleaning and the dining table was very old with an umbrella that had no stand. Also, the playscape was taken over with lots of weeds. A little landscaping could definitely be beneficial. However, we made the best of it and had an enjoyable time. Make sure you bring camping chairs and water shoes!」

「It wasn't the cleanest. The ice maker didn't work and other small appliances didn't work. It is in a great location.」

「Great weekend in Petoskey! This property is close to town and comfortable for a group. Loved the hot tub and deck! Loved our stay.」

「The condo was just as it was described. It was clean and had everything you needed. The view and the hot tub made the place even better. Communication was great with the host Carlo's. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Beautiful views!!」

「We had a great stay 」

「Super cute place, very quiet and serene and private. It is a little bit of a hike up to the treehouse (as it should for a treehouse!) so prepare for a rest break on your way up if you bring anything heavy with you, haha! I dropped a star for communication with the owner only because you communicate via another platform with them, and it was tough to know where to email questions and when to anticipate a response, though we did connect eventually! I don't have experience with communication...

「The address and check in information was provided within a day of booking. So much better than the typical day of check in communication. The premises had space to park a boat, which was a major factor in choosing this property. The lodge also had a shared laundry room which was made available to guests after 4 pm.The unit was very clean and Elizabeth communicated from booking all the way through check. It's the best communication I have experienced with a VRBO or similar property.」

「Great location and a very clean place. We had a wonderful visit!」

「Loved the location downtown and just a few minutes to the beach’」

「Clean, convenient and spacious.」

「Nice place, convenient, fairly quiet area, centrally located for boating near 2 lakes connected by river system.Host was very responsive with questions we had after we arrived. Easy access.」

「Super cute beach like cottage! The location is perfect to walk to most places in Charlevoix! We used the backyard for a family get together and it was shaded and secluded. Loved the touch of the coffee bar! Gave us a candle with the house on it nice touch too! Bathrooms were a nice size also! Nice having the washer and dryer right there. So overall, we give it 5 out of 5 stars!」
