"家族旅行で4泊利用しました。オーナーの方がとても気さくな方で原村周辺の観光情報を教えてくださりました。また、1歳児を連れており部屋のベッドに寝かせるのは危険なので布団を貸して欲しいという急なお願いにも対応してくださりとても助かりました。ペンションの外観や内装はドイツのガストホフのような家庭的で暖かい感じでとてもおしゃれでした。宿泊費もリーズナブルでとても満足しました。また長野に行く機会があったら是非利用したいです。"

"本館を利用　設備は少し古い。サービスは最小限で、何でも自分でやる感じの部屋。布団は自力。飲み物はお茶があるだけ。トイレも部屋にはない。風呂は本館の共用と、日帰り入浴施設が棟続きでありそちらも宿泊者は無料で利用可能。本館の風呂は宿泊施設の規模を考えると充分な広さ。混雑は無縁だろう。朝食を食べたが、時間の融通はなく、前日に7時か8時のどちらかしかないと言われる。和食や洋食かは聞かれもしないし案内もなく。チョイスなし。繁忙期だったからか、新館利用者は窓のあるレストランに案内されたが、旧館は窓もない宴会場に部屋別にテーブルあり。押し込まれる。配膳も時間かかるし、配膳する時以外には人はいない。 ..."
