「Starting on the positive; property location to Hubbards center is great. There is a partial view of the water / sunrise and a fairly new, good sized deck. And if you are looking to sit inside all day and watch old DVD movies there are over a 1000 of them here. Unfortunately the grounds themselves are quite neglected. 「We enjoyed both the privacy of the apartment and the location as it was close to family we were visiting. The living room had a nice set up and enjoyed the fact that the bedroom was separate from the main area. Basic amenities provided like coffee and sweetener and the kitchen was set up for small meal prep.」
