従業員の方達の親切丁寧な対応にはいつも満足させて頂いてます。朝食も抜群に美味しいですし。いつもはレベルラウンジを滞在中何度も利用させていただくのですが新型コロナの影響か20階のラウンジが帰国日まで利用ができなかったのはちょっと残念でした。毎回思うのはまた泊まりたいと思うホテルです。

良いホテルのはずなのに。。。
このホテルのスタッフが感じが悪い。こちらから挨拶しても知らん顔。 特にフロント女性スタッフはこちらの話を聞く耳を持たず、予約時に含まれていた朝食料金を追加で取られた。 部屋やバスルームの掃除もいい加減にやっているのがわかる状態。 人には薦められないホテル。

旧市街にも近く歩いて殆どの観光地を回れました。ホイロー刑務所は真横で大教会もすぐでホアンキエム湖も10分くらいでした。日本人街のハイバーチューンも20分くらいで街並みを見ながら歩いて行けます。キンマーにも歩きましたが歩いて1時間。笑。Glabなら15分ですが。旧市街に近いので毎日歩いて回りました。スタッフは親切ですしいつも笑顔で素晴らしい雰囲気です。施設はサウナもあって利用させて頂きました。部屋からの眺望も素晴らしく毎日大きなクッキーのサービスもあって10泊しましたのでいいお土産になりました。朝食も種類が多く全て美味しかったです。誕生日にケーキも部屋に届いてかなり嬉しかったです。LEVELの夕方の無料で飲めるシャンパンやワインのラウンジサービスが最高でした。また次回も利用しようと思います。

ハノイ宿泊は、ここに決めています。理由は、空港連絡バスのバス停がホテルの真ん前であること、ホアンキエム湖徒歩圏内で観光,ショッピング,飲食など事欠かないためです。 また、高層ビルのため、部屋からの眺望も良いです。 さらに、ホテル周辺にはバス停が多数あり、バスアプリを活用し安価に行動範囲を広げることができました。

レベルルームがオススメです
レベルルームに泊まりました。 とにかく外は暑いので、レベルラウンジで午後のアフタヌーンティータイムや夕方のハッピーアワーを涼しく過ごせました。 最後の日も16時までレイトチェックアウトしてもらえたので、時間を有効に使えました。 朝食も、ラウンジではシャンパンが楽しめ、1階レストランではバラエティ豊かな料理の数々に圧倒されました。 ホテルの周りの歩道がもう少し歩きやすければ良いのですが、ハノイ なので仕方ないですね。
