We booked four rooms at this hotel a few months before our trip. When we showed up at the hotel, they didn’t have our reservations. There was no communication from the hotel to inform us of the change or cancellation. We have booked with hotels.com over 15 years and this was the first time this happened. We are very unhappy with this incident. Also, we had pay for one of the rooms upfront but we don’t know if we could get a refund.
