建物は、古い感じがありますが、スタッフは親切で丁寧でした。また快適に過ごせました。プールやジムなどの施設は、思っていたのと違いました。改装する必要があると思います。

冷蔵庫のお水を飲んでいないのに、飲んでいるので支払うように言われ、フロント係といっしょに部屋に戻って確認したところ、テーブルにあった無料の水は飲みましたが、有料の水は飲んでいませんでしたので、謝ってもらいました。

部屋はホコリなどはなく、清潔だったが空気がこもっている気がした。廊下との壁が薄いのか、ノックされたような音がすることが多く、部屋でゆっくりするような過ごし方はおすすめできない。隣の部屋の音はあまり聞こえない。四階は夜は十分静かで、交通の音などは聞こえなかった。食事はまあまあ美味しい。浴槽の大きさは十分で、お湯の温度が変わったりお湯が出ないなどのトラブルはまったくなし。夜に帰ってきて寝るには十分。マッサージは男性向けだとはっきり言ってほしかった。観光客にはそのあたりのニュアンスは少しわかりにくい。

ホテルのスタッフも朝食もホテルも文句無しに良いです！

６日間過ごしましたが、ホテルのスタッフの方々も非常に優しく、無料の朝食も美味しく頂き、大変快適に過ごせました。チェックイン後は、念のためお湯が出るか、電気はつくか確認してみるのが良いかと思います。万が一、不備がある場合は、フロントに連絡をすれば速やかに対応してくれます。実際に、私も電球を替えて頂きました。立地は、大通りに面しているのでタクシーは直ぐに拾えて移動可能です。DONG DA区に近い場所での、出張や用務がある場合は、とてもお勧めのホテルです。また、少し隣に行くと地下にスーパー、上階にはフードコートが入っているショッピングセンターがあるので、屋台で食べたくない方はそこでお食事も可能です。ただ、大通りに面している分、バイク、車のクラクションの音が終日聞こえるので、気になる方はその点も考慮して頂き、耳栓など準備して頂くとよいかもしれません。総合的には、大変良いホテルだと思います。

TVチャンネルについてNHKがワールドと普通の日本語のチャンネル朝がきたも見れて良かった。

ゆっくりできる立地

場所は少し市内から離れているが、周辺にはなんでもあり便利な立地。早朝に散歩に出たが少しあるくと池を囲んで公園になっており、動物なども見られる。

4つ星ということで、予約しましたが、納得いきませんでした。スッタフの対応は、申し分ないのですが、、かなり古い建物、部屋の床もぶよぶよして、湿気を服でいる様子。 3人で、1部屋予約、一人分の追加料金は、支払っています、なのに、キングサイズのベットひとつと、大きめのソファー、、、　薄いかけ布団は、ベットだけ、、サニタリーは、すべて、2人分、、わざわざ、伝えることもないので、我慢、、、1泊だけにしてよかったって、実感です。朝食バイキングは、おいしかったです。

大きな通り沿いにあり、またその通り沿いの部屋だった為、車やトラックの通る音やクラクションの音でぐっすり眠れなかかった(普段、多少の物音あっても朝まで熟睡のタイプですが…)。

サービス業か？単なる粗雑な宿。

四つ星なのはフロントだけです。それ以外は二つ星か、三ツ星にもならないです。一階は四つ星風ですが、エレベーターは粗末なヒュンダイ製でちょっと怖いです。カードキーが不調でも、相当強く言わなければ交換すらしてもらえません。ものすごく嫌な顔とベトナム語でバカヤローと囁かれます。あるはずの洗濯機と乾燥機はありません。毎日ペットボトルもおいてもらえないし、掃除は適当です。タクシーはホテルを通してボッタクリ料金を頼まされますが、普通のタクシーも走っているのでそれを拾うのが良いと思います。韓国人が我が物顔で大声で話し、掃除婦の井戸端会議も大声なので、静かな環境は望めないです。立地と目の前のスーパーは便利です。

フロントフタッフはたどたどしい英語(だが、まあ、通じる)。部屋は、ひさしがかかっている部屋になったので、上半分が隠れてしまい暗い雰囲気。ハノイはどこでもそうなのかも知れないが、Wifiは遅い。朝食もちゃんとしている。全般に、この値段ならそこそこ高い評価をつけられる。

ビジネス利用に便利な場所

日本語が話せるスタッフはいませんでしたが、簡単な英単語が分かれば何とか理解できました。旧市街からは少し離れているので、観光にはあまり向いていませんが、工業団地に行くにはまだ近く便利でした。近くに日本食料理屋さんも多く食べるのには困りませんでした。ネットはメールを送受信する程度は問題ありませんでした。動画やネットをサクサクしたい人は少しストレスかもです。全体的に綺麗ですし、朝食もまあまあおいしかったので、満足です。※個人的にはパクチーなしのフォーが好きです。

人手不足？

訪問先との位置関係で定宿にしてますが、滞在するたびにサービスが行き届か無くなったと感じます。最近日本人等の団体客が多くて捌ききれて無い感じです。時間帯ごとの人員配置に問題が有るのでしょう。
