"A modern, clean interesting hotel in a great location. We ate out for dinners, brunches and went to Beale street and never needed a car. The rooftop bar was great! Staff very professional and friendly; the views of the Mississippi and sunset were fantastic. A simple food menu worked well when we had had a late lunch. We’ll be back."

"Took us a while to work out how to get into the carpark. The electric gates were not working and we passed the entrance and had to go back around several times. When we tried to leave there was no one on reception and the automatic doors were locked. I rang bell and no one came....eventually we found a side exit open....although the first side escape route was bolted....bit worrying of there is fire!"

"Everything was really trendy, clean, and a great location. However, every time the guests in the unit above us used the bathroom or ran water you could hear it. It was very loud. "

"Breakfast menu limited. No tea/coffee making facilities in room however staff very good when asked them for hot water late at night to make a drink. Staff very friendly and helpful. Roof top bar good with excellent views however, only one bar person on so service could be very slow at times and support needed for bar person. Rooms very spacious and hotel in good location "

"Room 234 hot tub was broke and had to flip breaker to use it. It would come on loudly in the middle of the night until the breaker popped. They wouldnt switch rooms because we booked through Expedia. Light was out in our room and they hand my wife a light bulb to change it. Had reservations at the Lookout restaurant at 6:30, got sat at 7, got someone elses (2 filets and a ceasar) food at 8pm which they said eat until we got our food at 9:45. My wife ordered a new york, but instead they brought same filets (2 hour old steak) out that we sent back cause it wasnt ours, and said they were out of new yorks. And then they start doing construction all around us and couldnt hear anything, so we were done at that point and just ordered pizza. Very dissapointing visit. "
