Charming Apt_Open Green Space on Front to Relax and Sunbath

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

This new listing was changed to a vacation rental with brand new furniture and amenities from June 2023.
With a queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen (intended for guests to cook and serve meals if and when desired :) ), and a pretty lounge area, this is ideal for a small family or couple.

The space
Pros: You have an amazing golf course view from your apartment. You can even access a carefully maintained golf course field for picnics and sunbathing (the golf course is not active currently).
Cons: Work ongoing in the parking area, is expected to be finished soon. The bedroom has no windows, but the kitchen and living area have enough natural light.

Clean with a convenient location

The property is conveniently located in Hancock, just outside Ellsworth and less than an hour from Bar Harbor. The interior was clean and updated but the exterior was being worked on so did not have great curb appeal. It was quiet so met pur needs. I would stay here again.

I was a bit disappointed with our stay at the apartment. To start, it was difficult trying to find the entrance and the outside area had a lot of unfinished projects happening around the property. The property had poor lighting outside making it difficult to navigate to the apartment. The walls in the apartment itself were very thin and we could hear clear conversations and music from the neighbors. The apartment had very strong fragrances that were overpowering and a few ants in the kitchen when we arrived. Also, there was a fire exit door in the main bedroom that opened into a hallway connecting all of the apartments. The door did not seem very secure and we were concerned with leaving any valuables there while we were away. I think a better lock system such a chain door guard or something along those lines would be more beneficial to ensure the safety of guests. The place overall was somewhat clean but run down and would benefit from a deep clean/repainting in some areas. I don’t think I would stay here again or recommend to friends/family.
