「When we arrived, Google Maps led us to a USPS building—which makes sense, because this "apartment" literally shares walls with the post office. Weird start. 「This property was the perfect place for our short trip to Maine. An easy 20-minute drive to Bar Harbor and even closer to Acadia. The apartment is clean and comfortable, nicely decorated and the property itself is beautiful. The porch overlooking the backyard is a nice plus. Barbara is a lovely host. 」

「We had a lovely stay in this beautiful place. The kitchen was well-stocked and had the space and all the tools we needed to cook our meals. The location is perfect, on the quiet side of the island but across the street from a pebble beach and only a half mile to the cute town of Southwest Harbor, with a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, art galleries, gift shops and a bakery. It’s an easy drive to some amazing hikes. Perfect for a couple’s getaway!」

Owners were accomodating, quick to respond, and made every effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
