「Good points ■very good responsive owner ■3bed room and 2bathroom is good for family or group use ■not perfect but almost clean Improvement points ■there is no a/c in 2 bedroom(day time was little too warm) ■Some of the equipment was out of order (it wasn't displayed on the facility's equipment list, but I was a little concerned that it was there but couldn't be used) Overall, I think it's suitable for a casual stay with a family or group, but some compromises are necessary.」

「We had a lovely time staying here , very spacious with an excellent kitchen. Lots of fun with the table tennis and pool table plus the use of the kayaks was a bonus. Kristin was great to communicate with. The only negative was the road was very busy and the traffic noise was loud at times 」

We stayed for two nights and found this to be perfectly situated away from the bustle of Rotorua, but still close enough to go into town for some excellent food and entertainment. 10 out of 10!」
