This modern and upscale two-bedroom apartment centrally located in downtown Hamilton, offers all the amenities you'll need during a quick getaway - perfect for the solo traveller, couples, or small families! Enjoy preparing your dinner in your fully-equipped adjoining kitchen, getting toasty and warm inside while watching Netflix in your open-concept living area with high ceilings and exposed brick walls, or exploring the vibrant neighbourhood brimming with boutique restaurants and shops.

The Neighborhood:
Our apartment is in the heart of the James North neighbourhood, one of the BEST and safest areas in all of Hamilton, surrounded by fabulous bars and restaurants with patios within walking distance.
Only minutes away are attractions such as: The Art Gallery of Hamilton, the beautiful and historic Dundurn Castle, Chedoke Falls, Chedoke Civic Golf Course and the Royal Botanical Gardens. There are many scenic walking and hiking trails, as well as the West Harbour waterfront, and breathtaking waterfalls.
Our home is in the heart of downtown Hamilton, a YMCA with a gym and swimming pool, St. Joseph’s hospital and only a 20 minute drive to John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport.
Getting Around:
Hamilton's buses run regularly just a few metres from the apartment. There is also easy access to the highways and downtown core.
Our apartment is just metres from the James Steet North Go and Hunter Street GO, with morning service every 20 minutes express to Union Station (downtown Toronto) and back, every 23 minutes to Square One and Toronto International Airport. Evening return service available as well.
Other Things to Note:
• To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.
•The apartment is equipped with centralized heating and a portable air conditioner for cooling. A ceiling fan is also available for additional comfort.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.
• For stays of 21 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required. This policy helps us maintain the high standards of our property and ensures a comfortable experience for our long-term guests.

Please note that this property is located in a residential building where sound can sometimes carry between units. You may hear footsteps or movement from neighboring condos during your stay. While this is normal in multi-unit buildings, we want you to feel informed and prepared."
1. There is no on-site parking available. Please contact us if you require parking recommendations.
2. We're happy to deliver:
--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for CAD 40 (one-time fee)
--> a Highchair for CAD 40 (one-time fee)
•Pets are very welcome at our home. We accept one large dog (40 lbs or more), up to two small dogs (under 40 lbs). Please note that we do not accept cats at this time.
• A pet fee of CAD 49.00 will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.
If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of CAD 15.00 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation
3. Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional Covid-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.
