The Space:
The former commercial unit was converted into an apartment and renovated. The apartment is located on the first floor and has direct street access. On 97m² there is space for up to 11 people in 2 spacious rooms.
The open plan living room has an additional visually separate sleeping area, with 2 large double beds, 1 single bed and a desk. The living area is equipped with a dining table, comfortable sofa elements that can be converted into sofa beds for 3 guests and a Smart TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The separate bedroom has a double bed. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with shower/WC and/or a bathtub. Explore Hamburg like a Hanseat (that's what the Hamburgers are called :-)) and benefit from the size of the apartment and the central location.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is ideally located. The old town of Altona, the Elbe River and the Quartierpark can be reached quickly. In addition, you can use the central location to easily explore surrounding districts.
Shopping facilities or trendy bars and restaurants are right on your doorstep. The Altona train station is not far and can be easily reached on foot or by bus.

◦ Underground (subway line U2): The nearest subway stop is "Mümmelmannsberg," about a 5-10 minute walk away.
◦ S-Bahn (S-Bahn lines S2 and S21): The nearest S-Bahn stop is "Hamburg-Mümmelmannsberg," about a 10-15 minute walk away.
◦ Bus (Various bus lines): There are several bus lines with stops nearby, walking time may vary depending on the stop.
