Dear guests, our apartment is 60m² in size and offers optimal comfort for 6 people. The apartment is located in a Jugendstillhaus and has been completely renovated. The floor is laid with parquet tiles.

Both bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds, which can be converted into double beds in no time at all. From bedroom 1 there is direct access to the cloakroom.
The living room offers 2 additional sleeping options, there is also a dining table with 6 comfortable seats.
In the apartment there is a very nice bathroom with a window, a semicircular shower, a towel warmer and a large mirror.
An additional guest toilet is also available.

Great Location to explore nice quarters of Hamburg

We are a family of 2 adults, 2 children (9+4) and were very happy with our stay there. You can park your car for an ok-price in the Messe parking lots with a ca. 15min walk away. The appartment was clean, organized well and the landlords were very helpful and responsive

Weekend Hamburg with friends

The location was perfect for us, nice and quiet neighbourhood, close to the city centre and surrounded by nice big parcs. The apartment was well equipped and decorated with care. It was everything we needed! Communication with the host went smooth. Perfect!

Lovely stay 😄 n Hamburg

Lovely ground floor apartment. Excellent cleanliness. Very quiet street. Easy walking distance from city centre (about 20/30 minutes). Very near 2 U-bahn stations. Owners answered queries very quickly. Vety highly recommended. I would certainly stay there again. Definitely 5 stars

Sehr saubere Wohnung! Für mich persönlich waren die Matratzen leider zu hart. Hat jemand gern eine harte Liegestatt, wären sie ideal. Ansonsten alles gut!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, aber am Ende einer Sackgasse und ist somit sehr ruhig. 50 m jenseits davon geht allerdings eine vierspurige Straße entlang. Ist aber kaum zu hören. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung ebenerdig, also gut für Leute, die vielleicht Probleme mit Treppen haben. Die Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin war 1A. Sie war immer ansprechbar und auskunftsbereit. Übrigens : Ganz in der Nähe liegt der wunderschöne Park zum Erholen "Planten un Blomen".

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage nahe Zentrum

Eine schöne Wohnung nicht weit vom Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig. S- und U-BAhn nicht weit weg. Der schöne Park Planten un Blomen direkt nebenan. Sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Gastgeber waren einfach zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen tolle Zeit.

Schöne Altbauwohnung in Messenähe

Ideale Wohnung für 4 Personen (geht auch mit 6 Personen - aber dann nur mit Schlafsofa) in Messenähe. Sehr geräumig, mit hohen Decken. Gute Küche, vollkommen ausreichend für eine Ferienwohnung. Moderes und sauberes Bad mit Fenster. Zweite kleine Toilette. Das Haus selber ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Es liegt aber in der Nähe einer der Hauptstraßen, wo Nachts auch mal die wilde Jugend vorbei fährt. Die Fenster zur Straße hin sollte man ggf. geschlossen lassen Nachts (sie dämmen aber sehr gut). Es gibt eine klassische Kneipe in der Nähe mit Publikum. Wir waren bis jetzt 2x in der Wohnung und es gab nie Probleme mit den Kneipenbesuchern - aber "es soll erwähnt werden". Die Wohnung ist in ca. 12min Fußlaufnähe zum Bahnhof Dammtor.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist nett eingerichtet, es ist Alles da, was man so braucht. Schön ist auch der eigene Eingang. Sie liegt direkt neben der Messe und dem Schanzenpark. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden wahrscheinlich nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.

Gepflegte Altbauwohnung im Erdgeschoss mit schöner Einrichtung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist zwar im Erdgeschoss und daher etwas dunkel, aber überall außer leider in der Küche ist sehr gute Beleuchtung. Es fehlt an nichts, und die Einrichtung ist zum Teil sogar künstlerisch interessant, weil Bruchstücke aus alten Bauerhäusern als Wandschmuck oder Lampe angebracht wurden. Sehr nette Vermieter, unkomplizierter Kontakt.

Tolle Unterkunft in Hamburg

Die Unterkunft war leicht zu finden, der Check In super einfach mit Türcode, sauber, bequeme Betten und die Lage war perfekt. Alles, was wir sehen und machen wollten zu Fuß erreichbar und trotzdem nachts ruhig. Parkplatz war auch schnell verfügbar, entweder direkt vor der Tür oder in einer Nebenstraße. Beim nächsten Hamburgtrip gerne wieder.

Zentral gelegene und wunderschön gestaltete Wohnung perfekt für das Kennenlernen Hamburgs

Die Wohnung ist hell und ausserordentlich schön mit vielen geschmackvollen Details ausgestattet. Perfekt zur Haltestelle Schlump oder Sternschanze gelegen, ist sie ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für HH-Trips. Trotz Nähe zu einer großen Strasse, ist die FEWO durch einen Spielplatz getrennt davon und überraschenderweise sehr ruhig dadurch gelegen… somit ist hier Lärm kein Thema. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war schnell und und unkompliziert. Danke schön uns sehr gerne wieder.

Einfach alles super

Wir waren mit unserem 1 jährigen Kind vor Ort und es war einfach alles Perfekt. Super sauber und einladend , Kinderbett mit komplett Ausstattung vorhanden und sogar eine eigenes süßes Kinder Handtuch für die Maus. Die FeWo lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles vorhanden was benötigt wird und der Kontakt vorab war auch super entspannt und schnell. Die Lage is perfekt für jegliche Aktivitäten ä. Auch zu Fuß mit Kinderwagen. Vor der Tür hat uns ein Spielplatz noch die perfekte Beschäftigung fürs Kind geboten und auch das parken war trotz vorheriger Sorge überhaupt kein Thema. Man findet was in der Nähe. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder wenn wir wieder in Hamburg sind :-)
