"The location was very convenient to historic district, beach and golf. The beds were so comfortable. The house and pool area were very clean. The communication with the hosts was superb. The value for the money was A.Thank you so much for a perfect reunion of 6 college friends who have been friends for 60 years!I would recommend a handrail on the front steps. The steps are not all the same height and are a little steeper than normal. "

"During my stay when I arrived the weather was exceptionally colder than usual. This combined with several gaps around the doors and windows allowed cold air to enter. When I attempted to turn the heat up to 70 degrees, the “host “ would remotely turn it back down to 66 degrees. The host also would not answer any of my calls or return my calls. This was only resolved after I made two calls to Vrbo , and the host gave lots of invalid excuses. . Also it was listed as having a fenced yard, to leave a dog out. This was not the case, as there was only a back fence with no gates . Kitchen has very few items such as silverware, plates etc. Overall very poor experience, I would not recommend. "
