「Location is beautiful and staff were very helpful. I would suggest a full lake view instead of a partial lake view. The breakfast and dinner were both amazing.」

「It's a great location! It's convenient for visiting Neuschwanstein Castle.」

「Stayed this nightmare hotel with my family. We wake up because of construction (drill etc.) 8 in the morning right in front of our room. They open the door and stepped in our room while we are out for breakfast at hotel restaurant. They were at our room when we comes back and told us the sign was "Please clean the room" so they stepped in and was doing construction in our room. This is non-sense.
