「Good location and easy access. The room was clean, and the bathroom and other facilities were in good condition. The only disappointment was that there was no housekeeping during the stay. The purpose of staying at a hotel or motel is not only having a place to sleep, but also receiving services such as making the bed, emptying the rubbish bins, changing towels, and keeping everything in order. Unfortunately, more and more hotels are no longer providing these services.」

「キングベッドとシングルの部屋を予約したが、キングベッドはシングルを２つくっつけたものだし、シングルの方はベッドがかなり沈み寝れるレベルではありませんでした。 部屋交換を希望したが満室で対応されず他の提案もされませんでした。 また自分からバシネットがあるか聞き対応してくれたものの、ベビーサークルみたいなものにシーツを引いただけで、6ヶ月未満のの赤ちゃんには出し入れが大変で結構使えず渋々3人でキングサイズで寝る事にしました。 ロビーのバーエリアは雰囲気良かったが、これだけの値段出すなら他のホテルでもよかったかなと思いました」

「ダブルベット１つｘ２部屋（うち１部屋は部屋にシャワートイレつき）、二段ベッドｘ２が一部屋のとても広い空間でした。キッチンにはコーヒーメーカー（コーヒーカートリッジつき）もあり、とても快適に過ごせました。 難点は、バスルームが２つもあるのにドライヤーが１つしかなかったことです。 周りは自然が多く、朝はたくさんの鳥の鳴き声で目が覚めました。 後一つ難点は、宿泊施設の受付の棟が工事中で、そこに受付があることが外からはわからなかったため、チェックイン時にかなり迷いました。（たくさんの宿泊棟が建っているので、どれが受付かわかりにくかった）」

「部屋や設備はどれも清潔で、スタッフは親切に対応してくれた。 周辺の食料品店は早く閉まってしまう場合があるが、1階にレストラン&バーがあるため困ることはなかった。 1階レストランではモーニングにトーストを、ディナーで牛の頬肉をいただいた。どれもとても美味しかった。」

「受付の場所が分かりにくくて少し迷いましたが、スタッフの対応も良く、部屋も快適でした。部屋でWi-Fiが使えるのが嬉しかったです。」

「結構綺麗で接客も良いと思います。毎日ベッドメイキングとゴミ箱の交換はしてくれますがタオルやシャンプーは変えてくれません」

「This hotel is very nice especially location is good! It’s a little bit far from the center of Canberra but there are many Asian cuisine restaurants in this district including supermarkets, Coles and Woolworth. All located within distance you can walk. And a tram station is nearby this place. Besides it, hotel staffs are very friendly. The room was spacious, clean and security was good! I will stay this hotel again if I will visit again!」
