Beautiful Halifax apartment minutes from the waterfront! Brand new MasterSpas Hot Tub. Short walk to the popular Hydrostone market (boutique shopping and fine dinning). Bright and spacious, this apartment has everything you need. Large primary bedroom offering a luxury queen sized bed. Plus a KING sized pull out sofa. Fully equipped kitchen and dinning room. Beautiful modern bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and rain shower. Large private back yard and patio. This is the perfect place to call home!
The space
You enter this beautiful apartment through the private entry located on the ground level, you will be welcomed by an open and spacious kitchen-dining-living area. This space feels cozy but its also generous in size and boasts high ceilings and great natural light through out the day. As you walk down the hall you will find the modern bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and rain shower. Next to the bathroom you will find the large primary bedroom equipped with a luxury queen sized bed (guests can also sleep on the sofa bed which converts to a king size bed - Sheets, pad, pillows, blankets provided). Outside you will find the designated patio space and large back yard.

The unit is equipped for children of all ages. Upon request you will be provided a pack and play and highchair. There is also a collection of toys and board games for entertainment.

Very quaint and private unit. Clean and spacious! Great neighborhood 10 minutes to downtown & boardwalk. Garden was under repair and the hot tub was out of service. But the host is willing to work with us. Great guy!

Adequate rental but outside space needs improvement

It was a good basement rental for 2 adults and a dog. The inside was clean and adequate for our stay. The outside needs work, the backyard was overgrown and not useable for sitting out. Wouldn’t take a lot to bring the backyard up to a decent standard. Would have liked to have sat outside to eat but curry unable to use the outdoor space in condition it’s in. The inside space was much nice than outside space and unfortunate as when u arrive your fist impression of the house and property is not great.We hadn’t realized that was a basement unit as photos show a whole house, but happy to say that we couldn’t hear the people uostsirs.

Idéal pour notre famille (2 adultes, 2 enfants 1 an et 3 ans et la belle-mère). Le seul point négatif était que le spa était brisé lors de notre séjour. Mais ça n'a pas affecté la qualité de notre séjour. À proximité d'une épicerie, pharmacie et NSLC!
