Beautiful 3Bed/2Bath Apartment
A 5-minute walk takes you to Halifax’s popular waterfront.
Fully outfitted, from a blender, to board games and bandaids (just in case). If you have any special requests, please reach out.
The hand and dish soap are from The Unscented Company (Canadian). We do use scented laundry products, but we do offer unscented laundry products for your stay on request.
A few things that we offer on request:
-playpen -highchair -baby bath -ask us...you never know. A $250 pre-authorization will be placed on the credit card on file in case of damages.
Please remove your shoes when inside the apartment.
Please clean your dishes and empty the fridge before checkout.
Please do not leave lights on when leaving the unit during your stay and when checking out.
No Pets are permitted on the property. Pets will lead to a $250 fine and immediate cancellation of booking without refund.
This is a family friendly unit in a residential building. No partying or gathering more than 6 people are allowed.
Any noise complaints will result in a warning first notice and a $500 fine and eviction on the second notice.
There is a $500 fine for smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoor spaces. This applies to all forms of smoking, including but not limited to tobacco, cannabis and vaping.
Garbage needs to be sorted into cans/plastic recycling, paper, green bin (compost) and garbage.
Any guest that misuses the property, such as but not limited to: hosting a party, using the property for prostitution services, causing damage to the property and/or disturbing other residents will be charged a $500 fine, plus any applicable cleaning fees and/or costs to repair or replace any damaged property or of any cancelled bookings.

Our family had a great stay... there was lots of space for our group, everything was as described/pictured, and the host even provided a pack n play and high chair for our use. Communication was clear and timely. The prime location meant we could explore the Peninsula easily on foot. We would highly recommend this location and host, and plan to return during our next Halifax visit.Thank you!
The apartment was exceptionally clean and well stocked. There were ample supplied and extra pillows, blankets, and towels. Dish and hand soap were all fully stocked and there was body wash, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. All of these soaps were unscented, which was a huge plus.Best of all, check-in and check-out instructions were super simple. There's nothing worse than getting a four page list of tasks to do before leaving. Jeremy made it concise and easy to follow.
The unit was clean and had all the necessary kitchen essentials together with paper product. It fit all of our needs. The location was perfect and within walking distance from the Waterfront or almost anything else you would want or need to do.
We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was comfortable, the linens were luxurious, and the unit was well stocked with coffee, filters, Kleenex, etc. The location was great with plenty of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood, and an easy walk to the water, and a parking spot in the building. It was very easy to communicate with the host, Jeremy.
Wonderful location with so many amenities. The manager is in-site and confirmed we had what we needed.The condo is well appointed with small quantities of tea and coffee, and bagged ice, in the kitchen, laundry products and thoughtful additions like sofa blankets, q-tips, makeup remover cloths and a few games/cards available.Walking was simple to Springbank Road, or straight down to Alexander Brewery and Lower Water Street.The underground parking was a wonderful bonus. Full recycling, green compost and garbage facilities.We definitely recommend this spot for family and groups of friends travelling to Halifax!
