「I’m really sorry to say we had to abandon plans at the very last minute as my dad who has terminal cancer took ill and had to have a life saving operation on the Friday so we had to postpone our holiday. I’m sure you can’t but anything you can do about a partial refund? 」

「Simon was extremely helpful, very friendly & welcoming. Thank you. We are returning customers and will continue to return, it’s in an ideal location for everything and everywhere, close to the theatre and shops, 1 bedroom apartment with plenty of space. The only downfall is the music from the club behind but if you can handle a bit of noise from the music and students then it’s well worth a stay」

「マンチェスターピカデリー駅から歩いてすぐなので、スーツケースも難なく運べます。近くにスーパーやパブ、サブウェイもあってとても便利！室内にセーフティボックスがないのが残念」
