「The house is really what you see in the pictures. Tons of outdoor space, a beautiful pool and pickleball for days. The house was clean and kitchen was very well-stocked. Hosts were responsive and helpful. There was one bedroom that didn’t quite fit the bed AND futon as mentioned but that was workable. We had some trouble finding outdoor lights as well, but used cell phone flashlights without issue. 」

「This was a wonderful house for our extended family vacation. There was plenty of space for 15 of us ranging from 3 months to seniors. The house was fully stocked with all the essentials. If you need space for a large group and don’t mind a bit of a drive to places of interest, this house will meet your needs. The only downside was lack of cell service, however good WiFi at the house. We had to find directions before leaving the house since it took awhile to pick up service for google maps. 」

It could be valuable to include a welcome packet or binder that provides additional information such as local grocery stores, how to operate the hot tub and coffee makers. The welcome packet could also include information about the property and local area. 」

「My dad and I went to an event at a nearby offroad and stayed here. The place was right across from a farm with a great view of a local forest. It was quiet and clean and they included a nice welcome basket along with some toiletries in case you forgot something. We had a little trouble with the Internet at first but the owner quickly took care of it. They were very communicative and apologetic. Only thing to keep in mind is that one “bedroom” is just a curtain partition but both beds were very...

「We were in town for a wedding and the Bee’s Knees was perfect for us! The fun games (inside and out) kept us busy and entertained during our downtime. My MIL loved her mattress so much, she found the brand label, so she could get one for her own home. The fire pit was the night time entertainment, along with watching football on the outdoor television. Wow! What a property! I just wish we booked it for a longer stay. Next time! 」
