"The room and breakfast was good! I would stay again."

"Room was very newly remodeled. It looked amazing. Although the beds appear to be made with cover blankets that smelled of curry. They are like the old school 70’s cover blankets that matched the curtains. And the second blanket also had a musty smell. So we had to remove both to sleep in the beds with just a top sheet. Thank god weather has changed and it wasn’t cold so we could sleep Comfortably. They need to keep up with their bedding and new towels to match the hotel upgrades. Hope it’s just because it’s the beginning of the season and this all gets corrected before people start paying top dollar to stay here. "

"Counter staff....awesome! Very friendly and help ful. House keeping one big fat zero. Asked several times for house keeping. Front desk said they would send them. We had to make own beds and take out our own trash. Had to get TP paper from the front desk. Whenever, i needed something inregards to what house keeping should do. Only two floors have working ice machines. Pool was closed. Although, i love the convience of its location, friendliness of the counter staff and affordability, i might be looking for somewhere else. "

"We were extremely disappointed with this hotel. After driving six hours and arriving at elven o’clock at night with two children, the front desk woman informed us that they did not have a room for us because corporate overbooked. When we went to a nearby hotel in search of a room we explained our situation to the front desk man there. He informed us that we were the third group of people to come in that night having had the same experience with Sonesta braintree. We will never do business with them again. "

"Hotel is nice and clean, room is good, beds are comfortable Breakfast is very disappointing, On website was mentioned Breakfast made to order, this is not the case. When we get to the breakfast area, on top of the table was 2 muffins, frozen small premade patty with cheese and sausage, and the guy in charge saying “ This is sample”. And……. I have to ask him for other same sandwich and also ask to put it in microwave, same with muffin. No coffee was made in advance, It was an empty Coffee pot on the shelf, again we were waiting for the same guy to bring a coffee to the breakfast area. For this breakfast Expedia charged me extra 24$ for two people. After speaking to manger about breakfast quality, he agreed to return back money for Breakfast, but I did not see any changes on my Expedia bill. Hope Sonesta will change their breakfast to something they are advertising. In general hotel is very nice."
