The gite du martin pécheur is an independent house located in a large family property on the banks of the river 'La Saulx' in a calm and relaxing setting - free tennis - secure swimming pool from 15/5 to 15/09 optional - 6 main rooms including 5 bedrooms - Recently renovated house.

Private access road, large parking; terraces and arbors on the banks of the river. An ideal cool spot in summer. Shops in the village; private footbridges to cross to the other side of the river. Tennis. Large living room with views on the ground floor of 50m2 with integrated kitchen. 5 bedrooms: 2 beds of 160x200 and 6 beds of 90x200, 2 bathrooms with bath and shower, 2 separate toilets.

The price includes sheets and towels; the beds are made for arrival. the cost of end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. TV, wifi, hifi system, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, part of the land is enclosed in front of the house; large private parking. Electric heating.
the family swimming pool is optional at €120 per week to be paid on site if you have not taken the option when booking; grab bars in the showers and toilets.

From Bar-Le-Duc take dir. Saint-Dizier via the D635. Then take the direction Haironville. From the village square take the D997 towards Stainville. 300m to the right after the end of the village sign, take the private bridge belonging to the former Masters of Forges. (if you go beyond you will pass in front of the Arcelor factory, in this case you will have to turn around)
From St Dizier, Nancy or Reims, take the Nationale 4 to the "la houpette" exit and head towards Haironville; just after the bridge in the village of Haironville, turn right on the D997 towards Stainville; 300m to the right after the end of the village sign, take the private bridge belonging to the former Masters of Forges. (if you go beyond you will pass in front of the Arcelor factory, in this case you will have to turn around)

Maison très agréable, propriétaire stressé

Nous avons séjourné mes amies et moi ainsi que nos enfants (dont 5 bébés) dans cette agréable maison située au calme. Tout confort, très propre, grand jardin, piscine…. Tout était réuni pour que notre séjour soit parfait… c’était sans compter sur des propriétaires anxieux et peu enclins à la communication
