「Everything about the stay was great and relaxing.Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves.Exceptionally clean,well maintained,and one of best equipped kitchen in a rental property we have stayed in.A real credit to the owner and property manager.If we return to the Haines city in the future this is the place of choice.The screened deck was a welcome feature for relaxing.」

「Wife & I, plus our dog...later, grandkids & kids visited for a week. Paid for pool heat and was comfy on cool days and was warm for the kids. Pool clean & well-maintained. Beautiful outdoor space (we lived all waking hours on the pool/patio), beautiful view of lake. The garage was set up as a game room for young kids (they loved), also floaties for pool. 「Dealing with the manager said owner was a very nice experience. They were very easy to deal with and they answered the phone when I needed them to. My parents are 83 and 77 and I didn't know the code to get in after a 3 hour drive the manager answered my call on the first ring and gave me the code to get in the house and let my parents use the bathroom. For that I'm truly grateful. The house was so clean and I even took a U.V. flashlight to the sheets and every bed was clean. Thank you 」

「Overall, the condo was more than adequate for our purposes. We cooked in many nights but the location was also convenient to several good restaurants and golf courses. As an aging couple, the only negative was the poor lighting in the dinning room. We sat on the balcony every day and the neighborhood is quiet. Did not use the pool except to watch a SpaceX launch from Cape Canaveral at 1 a.m.」
