"I checked in near midnight and left very early the next morning before the buffet opened because I needed to take a very early flight out of Kansai International Airport, so I had no time to fully appreciate the hotel. However, the staff member at the reception desk was polite and helpful, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough for the price. To accommodate early travelers, it would be nice if breakfast were available from 5 am. The first shuttle bus to the airport is at 5:30 am, so the hotel already accommodates such travelers in part. Offering earlier breakfast would complete the missing part in their service."
