「I only stayed for one night, but thought my one night was fabulous. Check in was easy. Serena was absolutely lovely & very welcoming. I was a late check in & she was kind enough to offer me a sandwich. Room was ideal for me. The decor is as good as it looks in the pictures and the room is extremely clean and cozy. The bed amazingly comfortable. The bar was busy & reasonably loud, however, didn't affect me in my room. Would stay again.」

「Absolutely phenomenal experience at Aparthotel Adagio London City East during my stay in the first week of July. 「If you don’t take the wrong exit at Aldgate East, it’s a 5-minute walk, so it’s convenient. However, the area didn’t feel very safe. I trusted the Hyatt brand when making the reservation, but the hotel was smaller than I expected. The room was clean, but I could hear noise from the hallway. At check-in, they gave me a room on the top floor, which was a nice touch of consideration.」
