"This is such a quaint hotel. It has bed and breakfast vibes with hotel style. The breakfast was included and fantastic! I would 100% stay here again. I would note, that I stayed in the room with the private balcony. It was amazing. After a day of walking the beach and boardwalk, sitting on the balcony was the icing on the cake. The only issue was the size of the bathroom in this particular room. It is on the smaller size, but isn't a deal breaker. I would definitely book a stay here again when visiting the beach! "

"Andrew’s property was just as advertised. It was very clean and very close to downtown. Andrew communicated in a timely manner and was very thoughtful. He left us a handwritten welcome letter along with some adult beverages to kick off our stay. Check in and check out were very easy and straight forward. I’d definitely recommend staying here!"

"The house was better than the pictures. The downstairs was very spacious for me and my seven friends. We especially loved the backyard. Katy was very responsive when we couldn't get the pool to heat up. She called me back right away, and the problem was resolved. The house is a short walk to the local beach. I have never been to Bradley Beach, and it certainly won't be the last time. "
