Einzig der kleine Späti direkt gegenüber nervt nachts mit einer grellen Leuchte, die bei jeder Bewegung auf der Straße angeht. "Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Es gab alles, was man bei einem Urlaub mit Kleinkind braucht (Hochstuhl, Kinderbett). Die Loggia war auch ideal. Im Garten Bälle, Schaukeln und eine Nestschaukel. Für größere Kinder Fußballtore und eine Rutsche. Man kann wunderbare Spaziergänge direkt vom Haus aus machen. Ganz in der Nähe ist die Obernsees-Therme, die auch einen tollen Kinderbereich hat."

"Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll! Wir haben uns das Wochenende über sehr wohlgefühlt und den kurzen Weg in die Kulmbacher Altstadt sehr genossen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, verfügt über Toaster, Filterkaffeemaschine, Kapselautomaten, Wasserkocher und alles Geschirr. Im Wohnzimmer finden alle Leute Platz und die Zeit kann gemeinsam bestmöglich genutzt werden. Der Check-in war sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben den Code rechtzeitig zugesendet bekommen und konnten unabhängig ein- und auschecken....

"I don’t usually rate the hotels I’ve stayed in because I’ve generally always been satisfied. Most the front desk staff were not very friendly and helpful and at times I would have to wait for them to get off of their handy/mobile to help me. When we checked in and went to our room, there was vomit stains on the side of the base of one of the beds. I went down and asked them if they could clean it and they say “right away”. We stayed four nights and it was still not cleaned. When the cleaning person came to eventually clean it (on the very last day), she was however very friendly and very nice and apologetic. I don’t think she received a message to clean it from the front desk. The staff quite often stands at the front of the building smoking and to enter the building, you always have to walk through their cloud of smoke. Price was good so I suppose I received what I paid for. "
