Our VIP status gave us one of the best rooms on the cruise ship. We were also offered a free bottle of wine. Most of the cruise lines seem to be very similar we would rate this between the 3 star and a 4 star. Staff was amazing. The boat was lots of fun, very relaxing since there’s only 20 or 30 rooms on the entire ship. Once you get to the harbor, they take you on a smaller boat out to the main ship which is about a 30 to 40 minute boat ride both ways. Check was very easy. Food is good with lots of options. However, all drinks are not included, including water and sodas.

We paid for all inclusive meaning unlimited food, drink and snacks. This was a lie all drink we charge as extra in the end they gave us 8 cans of soft drink, 20% of all other drink and 2 bottles of red wine. Not good enough. This cruise was should have been all inclusive as advertised and we only got the soft drink and other discounts after major arguments. Wotif are now looking into it Thank Wotif

I can't really rate this cruise specifically. We were moved to a different cruise line at the last hour. I booked Amanda after doing my research, and over the past few months I was chatting to 1 person for organising stuff there. That person left the company and none of my communications (through Whatsapp) was noted anywhere. 2 days before the cruise a new person was in touch. I repeated the entire process. Up to the day of the cruise, everything was smooth with the admin. Then an hour or so before I got sent a "we regret to inform you....." message. Stating that the cruise had leaks due to the storms. But there were no recent storms that would not have allowed the leakage identification to have only occurred on the morning of the cruise. They had weeks or months to do so. I believe this was simply an excuse. Perhaps for overbooking. Anyway, luckily enough, they booked us on another cruise that offered the same itinerary, so we were ok with that. However, it was another cruiseline, one that I had ruled out as part of my initial research. In the end, it worked out.
