"My daughter and I stayed here for a relaxing beach getaway and overall we had a good experience. The grounds were well-maintained, the beach access was great, and the location made it easy to enjoy shelling, sunsets, and exploring Sanibel. The staff we interacted with were friendly, and we appreciated having guest laundry available during our stay. That said, there were a few quirks we wish we had known ahead of time. It would have been helpful if the hotel gave guests a heads up about the strong taste/smell of the island water, similar to how they warn guests about sand flies. Also, since the hotel room doors open to the outside, it would be nice if parking spots were assigned or numbered by room. Searching for parking and then walking back to the room at night wasn’t ideal. Our room itself was comfortable overall, but there were a few maintenance and layout issues. The door to the room didn’t fully seal, and we could see daylight coming through the edges. On our second day we had to call the front desk to request housekeeping. Noise could also be an issue at times with doors slamming and dogs barking in nearby rooms. The bathroom setup was… interesting. The sliding barn door with frosted glass looked modern, but one of the bathroom lights stayed on like a nightlight, so the light shined through the frosted glass into the bedroom all night, which made sleeping harder than expected. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and made wonderful memories here."

"Pointe Santo Condos are the perfect place to stay while visiting Sanibel Island. The condos are ideally located on Sanibel and it is a short drive from Pointe Santo to the many restaurants and shops that are on the island. A beautiful gulf view beach is a short walk away!The unit is nicely furnished and well stocked. It was very clean and the basic needs - soap, toilet paper, paper towels, basic spices etc…- were in the unit. The host, Wendy, does an amazing job communicating and is very helpful with dining and things to see and do suggestions.This was our second visit to Sanibel and our second stay at Pointe Santo Condos. Hoping there will be many more visits in the future. Sanibel Island is truly a beautiful and magical place to vacation!Big thanks to Wendy for sharing her lovely property with us. Can’t wait to come back!"

"We were extremely happy with the condo. Everything worked well, very comfortable and equipped with all and more. If anything was missing, we just went to the office and they supplied it right away. Friendly management team and right on one of the best beaches on Sanibel in our view. Plenty of space and great shelling! We enjoyed every minute. Comfortable beds and couch, the internet was fast, AC worked great. There was really nothing to complain about. We will be back! We are grateful for this beautiful peace of paradise. The only thing we did not use were the grill spots and the pool since the beach was so beautiful and nearby. "

"The condo is beautiful, we loved staying here! Close to the beach, we could see the beach from our condo. Good instructions on how to get there and get into the condo. It was clean, very modern, everything worked great. Well stocked with towels and beach towels and lots of beach supplies to use. Quality dishes and utensils, everything we needed in the kitchen! Appliances all seemed fairly new and were very clean. Very close to the beach, and the beach was wonderful! We would absolutely stay here again!"

"This spacious, gulf front property was our home away from home for our beautiful week on Sanibel Island. The location and views were spectacular!!! Our host couldn’t have been any kinder or more helpful. We were so appreciative of the plentiful supply of beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floats & bicycles. The 1st floor refrigerator was a major plus for cold drinks & snacks!"
