Ocean House II-Beautiful 6th Floor Unit w/ amazing Oceanfront View- Sleeps 4

Welcome to our 2 Bed/2Bath, unit! The beach & pool views are incredible w/ easy access to all Gulf Shores has to offer. Ocean House II boasts the largest, heated pool in the area.

This unit is located right off the elevator in the center of the building.

Primary Bedroom (king bed) has access to the oversized balcony w/ a front & center view of the Gulf. Our spacious Guest bedroom (King bed) has its own private bathroom. This is a perfect unit for a couples getaway!. Living room has leather sofa, power recliner w/ direct balcony access AND direct Gulf views!

Guests reserving must be 25 years or older to rent & must be in attendance at this property.

Cancellation- We encourage you to read cancellation policy guidelines found in our terms and conditions at the bottom of our website, the credit card fee will not be reimbursed.

You will receive a confirmation email after you book.

Check-in information & door codes will be sent the day prior to your stay & at noon the day of your arrival to the email address used when your trip was booked.

Previous guests often leave beach items for others to enjoy. Do not take beach items you did not provide as they are an added luxury for future guests. You may want to bring your own to ensure you have the items you need as we do not guarantee supplies will be left.

Complimentary STARTER supply of shampoos, soaps, 1 dish detergent pod, 1 load of laundry detergent, 1 toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, and 1 trash bag per trash can. You are responsible for supplying the remainder of supplies needed for your stay. Our goal is for you to not have to rush to the store the first night you arrive.

Short-term Guests Rate: 7 nights or less is $40.00 per pass. Limit of 2 passes per unit. Cash Only
Monthly Winter Guests: $40.00 per month from November 1 to March 1. If a guest has been staying monthly – November, December, January or February and their stay continues into March, their rate will continue to be $40 for the month of March. Cash Only. You will pay at the guard shack upon arrival or call 251-504-1717 for additional parking pass information.

Great Vacation

I thoroughly enjoyed my vacation. The condo was beautiful and very much like a home. The condo was exceptional with all that it provided. Good access to the beach and the property was well maintained. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Wonderful getaway

Second time here and as usual the condo was beautiful and comfortable. This is our go to place whenever we are in Gulf Shores, can’t imagine going anywhere else! We didn’t want to leave.

Beautiful view

My husband and I and our best friends stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed our time there. The location is close to so many restaurants and the beach is extremely clean. The furniture was very nice, the beds very comfortable and we loved the appliances in the kitchen. If there were any questions Carter was very quick with a response.

Great location.

Overall everything was good. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was very nice. Good space, (there were four of us). The kitchen faucet water flow was such that it sprayed everywhere when you used it (a regular water flow would be good). The couple that used the front bathroom/bedroom suggested hooks in the bathroom for extra towels/bathing suit hanging. The bathroom floor in back bathroom was dirty. Having a mat as you get out of the shower would be nice. Having owned a condo in South Padre Island, Texas I learned that it’s these little things that make a difference. Carter was great at responding to texts, usually within an hour or so, appreciated that. We had a great time, met some nice people. Overall rating four and a half stars!

Great family vacation

We had a great time with our 4 grandsons , our daughter and son-in-law. We celebrated our youngest grandson's first birthday and our older grandsons made so many friends! No one was ever bored. Did the Pirate Ship cruise and saw dolphins. Danced to Cotton Eye Joe at The Hangout and had ice cream at Matt's. We hope Bahama Bob's comes back.

Very nice condo, great furniture and modern appliances. We loved the location. The outside closet with the beach furniture was an added bonus Carter was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Condo for Weeklong Stay

Carter’s condo is absolutely beautiful! It’s exactly as described and we enjoyed a beautiful, albeit hot, week. The water was CRYSTAL CLEAR, calm, with minimal intrusive sea life. Carter was super responsive to any needs and questions that we had. Already planning for next summer.

Perfect for us

My husband and I stayed here along with my brother and his wife. We have gone on many vacations together, but this was our first time if Gulf Shores. This was also our first time branching out from traditional hotels/resorts. I must say we were all very pleased!! Carter had everything we needed plus more! It was in a great location on the beach and everything was very clean and felt very safe. Check-in/out was simple and exactly as Carter instructed! Next time we're back in Gulf Shores we won't hesitate to stay here again!

Views!

Check in and check out couldnt of been any easier, gate staff was very friendly as well. We loved our ocean view and sat on the balcony every chance we had. Location was close to everything we needed. Property was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The absolute only down side was that the recliner was out of service during our stay. That was one reason we chose this property was because my elderly mother needs to have her legs reclined. We made do but hoping during our next visit it is fixed. The storage had everhthing we needed to have a good time on the beach and my 4 yr old loved the variety of sand toys. Added beneifit was the binoculars located near the plant, we enjoyed watching all the birds and looking for dolphins!

Girls trip

Carter was very kind and easy to work with. You couldn't ask for a better view. You can hear waves as you sleep. No stairs. Can see ocean from pool. Highly recommend, also appeared very family oriented. Enjoy the white sand and gorgeous view.

Perfect couples retreat

Loved the location and the beach view from the balcony was perfect. Highly recommended for two couples or a family. Our host was quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. We are hoping to return next year and bring our grandkids with us.

Loved the beach and balcony and condo

The condo is clean and well appointed. During our visit there were repairs going on so the experience was not quite what we expected but aside from that, which I am sure is temporary, the trip was great. Carter is a kind and responsive host.

Just What I Needed

I'm a recently widowed senior citizen. My husband & I brought our children to Gulf Shores every summer when they were little. This trip was absolutely wonderful... I sat on the balcony most of the day watching the peaceful ocean waves, the dolphins & the beautiful sun sets! This condo was perfect... right down the road from where we use to stay! Thanks for sharing your condo.. I hope to be back soon!

Nice, clean property

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean House 6302. We were surprised to find all of the extras in the owner's closet! It was great to know in the future we don't have to load up the beach wagon, it is all there for us! Beach chairs, sand toys, shovels, nets, and tons of games. Thank you owner's for hooking us up! We were also provided extra towels, and very comfy beds, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, trash bags, all things we normally have to purchase in a condo. I think toilet paper was all we had to provide...lol. Great place to stay!!

Perfect getaway

This condo exceeded our expectations. It was so comfortable and tastefully decorated with a huge balcony so close to the water that you could see the fish from the balcony! We even seen some sharks! I loved it so much that I will be back!

Awesome views and location!!

This is the 2nd year we have stayed here. The best things about the condo are the great views and easy walking to local restaurants.
