Nice but not clean

The location was great, the condo itself was horrible but the silverware was filthy, not even washed just thrown in the drawer, the cups had coffee spots on them and the dishwasher was disgusting! Needless to say we went and bought plasticware and paper plates!

Location, Location, Location

The location was wonderful. My 3 sisters, 2 nieces, my daughter & I spent a week here. We had perfect weather & truly loved this place. I would recommend some updates on appliances & bedding. The mattress's on the twin beds left u sinking in the middle. The decor is so cute, but most things are very old. Even with the updates needed, plus a thorough cleaning, I would still recommend it.

Pretty good, just off from usual

rented through vrbo and bender realty specifically 5 times now and this was a little under par. Arrived to advertised jet tub with a little handwritten sign saying out of order...guest room door to balcony completely OFF hinges, living room balcony door handle broken and hanging off, and satellite TV not even connected. So, subpar from the beginning. However, upon calling Bender,they were very quick to respond and send people out to correct the issues.

Location was perfect. My husband and kids sure enjoyed it. A lil bit crowded for 7 of us but the view was gorgeous.

Misrepresentation of property

the photos online were not a clear representation if the actual property. Once we entered the condo, we were shocked. The carpet in the middle bedroom was completely pulled away from (about a foot long) the floor at the room entrance and at the bathroom entrance. The carpet in master bathroom had nails sticking up that my daughter cut her foot on. Cabinets were falling off the hinges. There was a large hole in middle bathroom at shower controls. Carpet horribly stained throughout. The rug in living area, if picked up, underneath was full of debris, dirt, unclean. The furniture in the bedrooms had a thick layer of dust we had to clean upon arrival. The drain in master bath was not attached and broken. Balcony was unkempt. Paint pealing off walls in large sections. Furniture on patio broken. There were bugs in the cabinet where the pots were located so we did not use any pots. We went to the store and purchased new pots. The pool area was very outdated.. parts of the pool concrete were broken off and dangerous for swimmers. The pool patio area was not inviting. Overall I was extremely disappointed and will not be staying at this complex in the future.

Wonderful Fall Get-away...

Great location. Loved the beach and the pool. Easy access to both. Parking and elevator convenient. With 3 kids and 3 adults it was wonderful to have 3 bathrooms! Condo in need of upgrading but location, access and convenience outways outdated cabinetry and appliances. Didn't come to Gulf Shores to spend my time in the kitchen anyway!
