My mom called the screened in part her little tree house, because it felt more like being in the trees due to how the property sits. Even though all the beautiful oaks & magnolia trees block a full view of the lake from the porches, you only have to wander over to the pavilion, fire pit or dock to take in it’s beauty. 「The house was even better than expected! We had our own private gate and entrance with a small private patio. We also had a bedroom, sitting room and bathroom that were all completely separate and private . Everything was nicely decorated and clean with attention to detail . The location was okay. It would have been better if we did not arrive by bicycle but Gulfport was only 2.5 miles and we biked there for lunch . It was a great stay. I would highly recommend the Cass Tropicana !」

「This property was very clean and well laid out. The kitchen has everything you can need and the master bathroom was wonderful. Easy access to beaches in the area was a large draw and we were not disappointed.」
