"I really enjoyed my stay I took off a star because it says that airport transfers were included but they weren’t and I had do pay for mine. However someone else booked a separate room didn’t so the information received from the hotel customer service , hotel staff and Expedia wasn’t correct. I had “850 resort credits” that was completely miss represented because it’s not a credit you can use on what you want instead it’s discounts multiple services that total up to $850. Overall the staff was nice and helpful the food options were good minus the steak house skip that one. It would be nice if the pools stayed open longer they close at 6pm which seems early. I would settle for the adults only pool being open longer."

"Overall great experience. It would be better if they allowed reservations at the specialty restaurants otherwise the wait was at times too long. Didn't care much for the food at the Italian restaurant. They should limit the number of people at the pool bar d/t risk of waterborne illnesses. Chlorine will not cover every bug!"

"Checking in. Hotel staff didn't tell us to download the app upon check in. Would have been useful because everything you reserve you need the app. All activities in the hotel, you can find with the app. The furnishings are a little outdated, needs an upgrade. I was here 12yrs ago and it's getting a little run down but still a very nice hotel. People there are very nice and helpful. If you imagine yourself laying on a pristine beach relaxing on a nice sun chair, this place is not for you. The beach is bad and i dont think they don't clean the washed up sea grass like at most resorts. But if you like adults only activities by the pool, this is your place!"

"Rooms were clean, staff was nice, accommodating, and lively, breakfast was always my favorite meal, the rest of the food was decent, and the pool and pool bar were great. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow for the water sports while I was there due to high winds but everything else was great!"
