「Thank you for kindly correspondence.」

「This hotel was very comfortable, with all the staff being elegant and providing excellent hospitality. I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Ahmedabad. The newest and largest shopping mall in Ahmedabad is within walking distance. The hotel's restaurant is excellent in both taste and service.」

「Room just kept smelling, construction work right outside the window day and night so we had not slept during our stay. Told them and answer was it’s not our building! The welding and burning smell was coming into room but they did nothing. Toilet was not flushing after one person had been and kept running, limescale in shower all over and rusty. No customer service at all. Took photos and videos and still waiting as want a full refund! Don’t book! We moved to another hotel」

「Everything was good. Just bathroom needs hand towels by default. Had to call someone for that.」
