Th owner and the staff are the best!!! Really attentive and looking into ensuring every guest has the best time possible. All of them nice and caring. The owner goes beyond in making sure gusta are having a nice time, even sharing part of her culture etc. rooms are great and dinner was excellent. Location wise is a beautiful spot, but bear in mind this is 30 to 40 mins away from Yangshuo near Xingping ancient town. Great for hiking and an exploring the nature surrounding the hotel. Hotel staff was very helpful in helping us organise that. All in all a great experience !!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located between the Li river and the Sickle Bay. To the west, the pier is only a mile away, and the motor raft is easy to book to enjoy the magnificent waves rock scenery. To the east, the Sickle Bay, a world natural heritage site, is great for hiking to have the breathtaking overlooking on top. The hotel has the scenery nicely blended in. Whether you enjoy a nice dish at the restaurant, or just enjoy a book with a cup of tea at the tea house, you will lost in time. The staffs are very friendly and courteous. We got a huge local grapefruit to take back home, which was a nice treat. We definitely want to come back again to enjoy.

This place is a long way from Yangzhou, about 40min. Pictured are misleading, as it is on a dry river bed, not on the Li river. Once you get over the shock of being so remote actually the service is very friendly, beautiful hiking and amazing rooms. The pool is only in use over the summer months. A great place to get away from the noise for a couple of nights. Bi far away from Yangzhou activities.

We loved this hotel. It is situated next to the ancient town of Xingping and you need to get a small ferry across the river to get to it if you come from Yangshuo Railway Station. However, it’s worth the little extra effort as it feels like a getaway quiet retreat from the busy streets of the town. There are many outdoor activities around the hotel that can be scheduled. The owner is amazing and nothing is too much effort for her to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel also helps with transportation to and from the hotel and for some activities. The feel is more akin to staying in someone’s home rather than a hotel. The rooms and spacious and comfortable and the dinner food is delicious. The breakfast is simple but tasty, especially the local noodle soup. Definitely a special place.

Wonderful Retreat / Escape.

This was a lovely surprise. It is on the quiet side of the river, meaning you have a 5 minute ferry and a buggy cart ride to get to/from the hotel, but what a blessing that is. The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff are outstanding, so helpful, full of advice, and constant care. We went caving with the owner, we did hikes, we rode horses, we went to local shows, and spa making for an amazing three night say. I might suggest checking if the pool is open which it was not, but other than that the staff really make this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, modern touches and a touch of cute. Would definitely recommend this hotel for ones that want to visit the area but seek to be just slightly out of the crowds of Guilin and Yangshuo yet still have full access.

Un ringraziamento speciale a Xiao che ci ha accompagnato alla scoperta delle montagne attorno alla struttura, ai ragazzi del ristorante e a tutto lo staff che si è preoccupato per noi e ci ha coccolato tutto il tempo del nostro soggiorno. Luogo magico che ti lascia senza fiato, hotel stupendo, camere spaziose, pulite, dotate di ogni comfort. Chiunque fosse interessato a vedere le famose montagne ritratte nelle banconote da 20 yuan dovrebbe scegliere questo hotel, davvero eccezionale.
