You are within walking distance of the High Street, the riverside, the theatre and a wide choice of restaurants and independent shops, with London Road station close by and direct trains to London Waterloo from around 36 minutes. The A3 links to the M25 about six miles away.
The home suits couples, families, business stays and visitors to the University of Surrey, the Royal Surrey hospital and the Cathedral. Everything is kept simple and hands off, so you can settle in and enjoy your stay.
The Space:
The flat is bright and generously sized. The reception room has a period fireplace and a sunny bay, the kitchen and breakfast room is a sociable space for cooking and eating together, and there is a separate study that works well for home working. There are two comfortable double bedrooms, a family bathroom and a separate shower room. Outside you have a large private garden for your sole use.
Guest Access:
You have the whole flat to yourself, the private garden and allocated parking. After booking you will receive a link to your guest portal with everything you need, and your check in details are sent shortly before arrival.

Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a link to your own guest portal. It brings everything together in one place, from step by step check in details and the wifi, to our own local guide with the best places to eat, things to do, events on while you are here and the spots we would happily send our own friends to. The practical bits are all in there too, like parking, how the appliances work and checkout, so you can settle straight in and enjoy the area without hunting around for answers.
Make the stay your own
If you would like to add a few extras, just let us know. We can arrange early check in, a later checkout, a welcome gift basket on arrival, and we are always happy to talk through bringing a pet along. Whatever would make the stay more comfortable, we will do our best to sort it.

£500 refundable security deposit - returned after your stay, provided there is no damage or other chargeable issue.
OR
A non-refundable damage waiver
Charged at £20 per day, up to a maximum of £45, depending on the length of your stay. The damage waiver helps cover minor accidental damage.
